Privacy Policy

Engager Pro is operated by Massive Action, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Engager Pro collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the Engager Pro website, web application, Chrome extension, and related services.

Effective Date: SEPTEMBER 16, 2026

1. Information We Process

Engager Pro processes only information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its relationship-engagement features.

Account information. We may process your name, email address, account status, membership or plan information, reseller or seat information, and other basic account details needed to identify your account and determine your access to Engager Pro.

Authentication information. Engager Pro processes authentication information such as one-time verification codes, session credentials, authentication tokens, and device identifiers needed to securely sign you in and maintain your session.

Facebook and website content. When you intentionally use Engager Pro on supported Facebook pages, the extension may read content visible in your active Facebook experience, including post text, comments, and related page content. This information is used to provide contextual comment, reaction, Comment Wizard, and Co-Pilot features.

Personal communications and personalization information. We may process information you provide to Engager Pro, including prompts, reply preferences, custom instructions, Voice Calibration information, comment preferences, and content you create through Engager Pro. This information is used to personalize the responses and engagement assistance you request.

Usage and activity information. Engager Pro may process feature usage, engagement counts, pacing information, training or certification progress, and similar activity information needed to operate features, enforce usage limits, synchronize account state, and understand the reliability and performance of the service.

Technical and connection information. Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, request information, device or browser information, timestamps, and similar connection data for authentication, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and service reliability. Engager Pro does not use this information to track your precise physical location.

Workspace and relationship information. When users choose to use Relationship Radar, My Orbit, Signal Maps, or Cloud Sync, Engager Pro may process contact names, public profile links, relationship tiers, tags, touchpoint records, private notes, Signal Maps, saved signals, workspace settings, synchronization records, and related information entered or saved by the user. This information is used only to provide the user-requested relationship management, engagement, and authorized-device synchronization features.

Local extension data. Certain settings, authentication state, preferences, pacing information, and other extension data may be stored locally in Chrome storage so Engager Pro can preserve your settings and session between uses.

Health information. Engager Pro does not collect or process health information through the Chrome extension or Engager Pro services.

Payment and entitlement information. Engager Pro does not directly collect or store full payment-card or banking details. Payment details are entered into Stripe-hosted experiences and processed by Stripe. Engager Pro may receive and store customer identifiers, subscription status, checkout results, purchase records, payment status, plan information, and Sparks transaction information needed to provide purchased access, fulfill wallet credits, and support account billing.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide Engager Pro's Facebook engagement and relationship-support features;

Generate contextual comments, reactions, and other AI-assisted responses requested by users;

Personalize Engager Pro based on user preferences and Voice Calibration;

authenticate users and determine account access and entitlements;

Operate Co-Pilot pacing, activity limits, synchronization, training, and related product functionality;

Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical problems;

protect Engager Pro, our users, and our services against abuse, fraud, spam, and security threats;

Maintain, measure, and improve the performance and reliability of Engager Pro's disclosed features; and

comply with applicable legal requirements.

We do not use information collected through the Chrome extension for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, credit scoring, or lending decisions.

3. AI Processing

Engager Pro uses artificial intelligence to provide user-requested features such as contextual comment generation, personalized responses, Signal Maps, Voice Calibration, and engagement assistance.

When a user requests an AI-assisted feature, the extension securely sends the information needed to complete that request to the Engager Pro production backend. The backend may transmit the necessary request information to OpenAI, Engager Pro’s AI service provider. Depending on the feature, this information may include relevant Facebook post or comment content, user instructions, response preferences, Voice Calibration settings, or other context needed to generate the requested result.

Ordinary extension users cannot enter, manage, view, or retrieve OpenAI API credentials through the Engager Pro extension. Depending on the applicable reseller agreement, authorized accounts may use either an Engager Pro-managed AI provider credential or a reseller-provided credential configured through protected backend systems. These credentials remain server-side, are used only to provide authorized AI features to eligible accounts, and are not included in the Chrome extension package or returned to extension users.

Engager Pro does not send a user’s name or email address to OpenAI merely for account identification. Information is sent to OpenAI only when reasonably necessary to fulfill a user-requested AI feature.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or user data.

We may share or transmit information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Engager Pro, provide a feature requested by the user, secure the service, process payments, or administer accounts.

Current service providers may include:

Railway, for cloud infrastructure and backend application hosting;

OpenAI, for user-requested AI-powered features;

Google, for Google OAuth authentication and related sign-in services;

Amazon Web Services, for AWS Key Management Service and encryption-key protection;

HighLevel / LeadConnector, for account, CRM, entitlement, reseller, and seat-management functions;

Supabase, for managed PostgreSQL database infrastructure; and

Stripe, for hosted subscription checkout, billing management, payment status, and purchase fulfillment.

These providers receive only information reasonably necessary for the services they provide to Engager Pro, subject to their own privacy and security terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the security of our services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets where permitted by applicable law.

5. Human Access to User Data

Engager Pro personnel do not routinely read or review Facebook post text, comment content, or private user communications processed by the extension.

Authorized personnel may access limited account information when reasonably necessary for customer support, account administration, security, fraud or abuse investigation, troubleshooting, or compliance with applicable law. Access to specific user content may occur only when permitted by applicable law and Chrome Web Store requirements, such as when a user provides consent for support or when access is necessary for security or legal purposes.

6. Browsing Activity

Engager Pro does not create, sell, or maintain a general history of the websites you browse.

The Chrome extension accesses supported Facebook pages because reading the visible content of the active Facebook experience is necessary to provide Engager Pro's user-facing engagement features.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and service information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Engager Pro, maintain account records, meet security and operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.

Content used to fulfill an AI or engagement request may be processed temporarily by Engager Pro and applicable service providers as necessary to complete that request. Service providers may maintain information according to their applicable service terms and retention practices.

Users may contact Engager Pro regarding deletion of their account information.

8. Security

Engager Pro uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. Data transmitted between the extension and Engager Pro services is transmitted using secure HTTPS connections.

When a user enables Cloud Sync, supported workspace information is transmitted over HTTPS to Engager Pro’s production services. Private-note fields are protected at rest using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption, with encryption keys protected through AWS Key Management Service. Other account and workspace information is protected through access controls and the security measures provided by Engager Pro’s infrastructure providers.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and processing to what is reasonably necessary to operate and protect Engager Pro.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used.

You may contact us to make a privacy-related request. Certain information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Users can stop extension-based processing by pausing Engager Pro, signing out, disabling the extension, or uninstalling it from Chrome.

10. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

Engager Pro's use and transfer of information collected through Chrome extension permissions is limited to providing and improving Engager Pro's disclosed user-facing features, maintaining and securing those features, and other uses permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.

Engager Pro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Engager Pro does not use or transfer Chrome extension user data for personalized advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.

11. Children

Engager Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Engager Pro evolves or as legal, security, or operational requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
